Property Solutions Contracting started in 2011 with business cards and an idea after spending a summer in the Industry.
We continued working via word of mouth during nights, weekends, and seasonally while pursuing a degree in Finance from UWM-Milwaukee. In 2015 we took on commercial snow removal, in 2016 we began municipal contracting, in 2020 we started our in-house nursery with over 5,000 plants. We currently work with municipal, state, commercial and residential customers.
We self perform landscape construction improvements like retaining walls, drainage improvements, park installations, seeding, planting, baseball fields, site furnishings, wayfinding signs, erosion control and road signage.
We general contract exterior site work such as complex park improvements including electrical work, sewer and plumbing work, concrete work, curb and gutter and asphalt paving.
We have self performed some niche projects like boat launch installation, pervious pavers and other infrastructure.
We work from the Illinois state line to Madison area west and Green Bay to the north.
Our average crew has 30-60 years of experience on the job.
